September 12th 2016 Newsletter – Cedar Green Monday Ladies Golf Day

We have had another day of great weather for our 20th Ladies Golf Day, which resulted in having a total of 93 participants.

This is a reminder that if you wish to join us for our Wrap-up dinner on September 19th, tonight was to be the last night to prepay your meal. However, Brian Cattapan has the extended this deadline to Friday September 16th. Thus far we have over 100 people who prepaid their meals and there is still room for additional diners. If you wish to join us for dinner on our final night you can pay for your meal at the bar in the clubhouse before the end of this week.

Please keep in mind that you are all welcome to golf next Monday and can still join us for dinner or drinks after your game, even if you have not played 10 games this season. However, the course can only accommodate a maximum of 144 players for the shotgun start at 5:15 pm, and the clubhouse is maxed out at 150 guests in the dining areas. So please book your staring hole as soon as possible tonight or by calling the pro shop at 705-560-1090 after 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.

As of September 5th we had 108 ladies who have golfed 10 or more games this season. There are another 10 ladies who have played 9 games this year and if they participated in their 10th game today, this will bring our total to 118 ladies who will qualify for our bonus draws. We will have sufficient prizes for all 118 ladies who qualify, however next Monday will be our last Ladies Night for the 2016 season, therefore prize winners must be present for the draw. We have 36 prizes valued over $100 and some of these prizes are valued as much as $250 and more.

All golfers are welcome to join us at our Wrap-up Night on Monday September 19th for our shotgun start at 5:15 pm. We will be playing 3-4 person scramble so we can ensure we finish our game well before sunset.

Our plan is to have meal served at 7:30 pm following your golf game and prizes will be awarded throughout the dinner hour. For those of you who choose not to have dinner, you are still welcome to join us during this hour and have a free drink on us, Cedar Green Monday Ladies Golf Committee.
